For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to bajo77, accessible at https://bajo77.cam, including all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bajo77 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by the Player on bajo77.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by bajo77 pursuant to specific promotional offers, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification documents required by bajo77 before a withdrawal is processed.
• "Eligible Game" refers to any game on the bajo77 platform that contributes to wagering requirements at the rate specified for the applicable promotion.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by bajo77 for all transaction timestamps, draw times, and customer service hours.

To register and maintain an Account on bajo77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's activity.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the bajo77 platform.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of bajo77 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

bajo77 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to players from specific regions at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in response to regulatory developments or operational requirements.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on bajo77 at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Date of birth (day, month, year).
• Registered bank account or e-wallet details for payment processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. bajo77 is not liable for payment delays or failures resulting from inaccurate registration data. You must notify bajo77 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting support at [email protected].

bajo77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee unlimited access to all platform features; certain features (including withdrawals) require completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.

bajo77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and to verify player age and identity. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at any time at bajo77's discretion.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Age: The above identity document must clearly show your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet account used for deposits, showing your name and account number matching your registered details.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. bajo77 will review submitted documents within 1–3 business days (WIB) and notify you of the outcome via your registered email address. Withdrawals remain on hold during the KYC review period. bajo77 may request additional documents if initial submissions are insufficient to confirm identity to the required standard.

bajo77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bajo77, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer limits.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment gateway. In rare cases of banking system delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact support with your transfer receipt.

bajo77 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge its own transfer fee, which is your sole responsibility. bajo77 will not refund third-party transfer fees under any circumstances.

All funds deposited to bajo77 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are excluded until wagering requirements are met).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been submitted and approved by bajo77.

bajo77 targets withdrawal processing within 1–24 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, major sporting events causing elevated platform load, or in cases where additional verification is required.

bajo77 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day as part of its standard risk management procedures. Players will be notified of any applicable limits via the Account dashboard or by support upon request.

bajo77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term prevails.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where specified, KYC verification. Bonuses may be restricted by geographic region, payment method, game category, or promotional period.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) and the base amount to which it applies (bonus amount only, or deposit-plus-bonus) are published on the relevant promotion page before opt-in.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
4. Validity Period: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without notice.
5. Abuse Prevention: bajo77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: systematically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to trigger promotional conditions.
6. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount as specified per promotion.

bajo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Modifications will not retroactively affect players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to the change.

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories on bajo77. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), crash games) are published within the relevant game or section interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bajo77. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any wager without providing a reason, including bets that exceed risk thresholds on specific markets.
• Odds & Prices: Published odds are accurate at the time of display but may change in real time. A bet is confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance, not at the moment the bet slip was opened.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed failure), bajo77 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BRI Liga 1 official records). bajo77 may temporarily delay settlement pending official confirmation of a result.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-match combination bets) require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out, unless each-way terms are specified. If one selection is voided (e.g., a match is abandoned), the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection at odds of 1.00.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the bet placement interface and may vary by market, game type, and account status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajo77 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Money laundering or using bajo77 as a conduit for illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain; any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are void.

• Engaging in any conduct that bajo77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its partners.

All content on the bajo77 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software interfaces, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the property of bajo77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bajo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements (including age verification failure).
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notification by email.

Upon termination for breach, bajo77 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and — where fraud or criminal conduct is substantiated — forfeit the real-money balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Real-money balances belonging to closed accounts not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Pending withdrawals will be completed prior to closure.

bajo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security concern.
